Imsouane Bay is world-famous for a reason. On a good day, you can ride a wave for over a minute. The setup is a large bay protected by a harbor wall. The wave wraps around the point and reforms all the way to the beach. It is arguably the best longboarding wave in Africa. The atmosphere in the water is generally friendly, although it can get crowded. Beginners can stay on the inside while advanced surfers take off behind the jetty.
